ENGINEERING EXPERTISE

To carry out the Detailed Design and Engineering Services for Contracts, we rely on selecting the appropriate level of expertise from the individual disciplines and mobilize these specialist resources to fulfill the objectives of given Contracts. The level and type of expertise utilized depends largely on the nature of services which could be providing Technical Support in the form of preparation of key documents, specifications...

PROCESS ENGINEERING

Process discipline covers the complete range of engineering activities from Conceptual and Feasibility Studies through Front End and Detailed Engineering. The Process Engineering Team offers capabilities spanning the whole spectrum including Hydrogen Generation and Storage Plants, Petroleum Storage Petrochemical Process Plant, Terminals, Pipeline Hydraulics and Heat Transfer, and Metering.

CIVIL& STRUCTURAL

Civil and Structural cover all aspects of Engineering and Design in on-plot and offplot facilities, tank terminals, infrastructure, jetty (marine) and pipeline. Specific capabilities in tank foundation design, STAAD analysis and design for buildings etc. through experienced Engineers to carry out dynamic analysis and design of foundations for large equipment imposing vibrating loads like Generators, Compressors, Pumps, etc.

MECHANICAL–STATIC & ROTARY

The experts from Mechanical discipline design Rotating Equipment (Compressors, Pumps, Marine loading Arm, Truck Loading Arm etc.), Storage Tanks, Heat Exchangers, Vessels, and other Equipment and packaged systems. This team undertakes design, engineering evaluation, and contributes to the other members of the Multidisciplinary Team.

PIPING AND PIPELINES

A team of dedicated engineers and designers have special skills for Terminal Piping and in- depth understanding of other processing and yard piping. Gulfstream has specialized engineers for Equipment Layout, Piping, Pipeline engineering & pipe stress analysis.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

Our Electrical discipline team cover all aspects of Engineering and Design for On-plot and Offplot facilities. We have undertaken assignments in major Power generation and Distribution system associated with Oil & Gas production discipline and processing facilities. The has the capability to perform specialized studies such as Key Single Line Diagram, Power Evacuation, Load Flow, Short Circuit Analysis, Motor Starting and Relay Coordination.

INSTRUMENTATION AND AUTOMATION

Instrumentation, Control and Automation discipline covers all aspects of Engineering and Design of the facilities and its control and automation requirements. We provide a range of expertise covering various types of Process Automation Systems such as DCS, PLC, SCADA, CCTV, & Fire & Gas Detection and Analyzers, Complete Terminal Automation System (TAS), Jetty Management Systems, Custody Transfer, Fiscal Metering, over Pressure Protection Systems, Sizing and Selection of instruments and control valves.

HSE/LOSE PREVENTION AND FIRE PROTECTION

HSE design Terminal Protection systems as and Plant Fire per international codes and standards viz. NFPA, IP, PGS etc. in compliance with local rules and regulations of country of operation
